The conference organizers pre-booked rooms at Hotel Sinaia (the conference venue) at special rates for the conference participants.
Hotel Sinaia offers guests a perfect stay for wonderful views, many places to visit and countless enjoyable hiking alternatives or light trips in the mountains.
Special rates per night for AVIC 2023 participants:
€72 per Single Room
€76 per Double Room
The rates include accommodation, breakfast, VAT, and local tourist fees.
Parking fee: €3/day/car
Check-in: starting at 15:00; Check-out: until 12:00
The forms for room booking will be available soon, as part of the conference registration process.
Please notice that after September 15, 2023, the reservations will be accepted upon hotel’s availability.
