Final Paper Submission
Final paper submission is accepted via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) website https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AVIC2023. Authors are required to send a paper in English within 6 pages, in PDF format, along with information including paper title, author name(s), affiliation(s) of author(s), and the corresponding author. Notification will be sent to the authors via e-mail. Accepted papers must be resubmitted as the final (camera-ready) ones. At least one of the authors of a paper must register and give a presentation at the conference.
Paper submission is made through Microsoft CMT website. To submit your paper for the conference, it is necessary to register on the website:

After successful registration, you again visit the aforementioned URL (Microsoft CMT) and then procedure the paper submission process.
Author’s Kit
We recommend that you use the Word file or LaTeX files to produce your document since they have been set up to meet the formatting guidelines required. The LaTeX environment files specify suitable margins, page layout, text, and a bibliography style.
